Building construction work totals approximately 45,700 sf. The building will function by providing 650+ seat theatre complete with state-of-the-art stage rigging, lighting, audio visual and an operable orchestra pit lift. Other building spaces include an art gallery, experimental theatre, dance studio, concession stand as well as support space including dressing rooms, chorus rooms, scene shops, wardrobe and scene storage rooms.
