• Review and approval of the safety plan by development team.
• Schedule monthly owner/builder/subcontractor meetings.
• Submit and monitor safety reports.
• Our company has a zero tolerance policy that is effective from start to completion of the job, as well as a no alcohol, dogs, drugs, or music with no exceptions.
• We employ an independent/safety consultant to provide OSHA compliance. The services include: Weekly toolbox meetings, monthly "random" jobsite inspections, and safety consultation on specific issues.
