  • Discuss the owner's approach to quality control.
  • Review the costs.
  • Prepare a GMP estimate.
  • Draft and execute subcontract agreements accordingly.
  • Prepare and evaluate all subcontract changes.
  • Ensure that all bonds and insurances are received.
  • Prepare monthly progress payments and maintain cost control.
  • Review and distribute submittals, and RFI's.
